The studio

We're from here.

Sean Panther

North Swell Media is the creative studio of Sean Panther — a Kaitaia-based media producer with a deep connection to the Far North. We specialise in real estate photography and videography, brand content creation, social media management and AI-enhanced media for local businesses and organisations.

Sean has been shooting professionally for just over a year, though he has been documenting his own life on film and in photographs for far longer than that. Before the camera came twelve years in the military. North Swell grew out of coming home to the Far North and finding his feet again.

Every project is grounded in authentic storytelling that captures what makes Northland unique. Real stories, real people, real places.

What we stand for

Four things we
don't compromise on.

01

Authenticity

Real stories, real people, real places. No corporate fakeness.

02

Craft

Professional-grade output from a team that cares about every frame.

03

Community

We're from here. Our work reflects and serves this region.

04

Results

Content isn't art for art's sake — it should move the needle.

Credentials

The boring but important part

01

Certified drone operation

[Your CAA status — Part 101 or Part 102 certification and your operator details. Aerial work is where clients worry most about things being done properly.]

02

Public liability insurance

[Your cover and the amount. Commercial and construction clients often ask for this before they let you on site.]

03

GST registered

GST number 070-071-479. Every job comes with written terms setting out exactly what you can use the images for, where, and for how long.

Let's talk about what you need.

No pitch deck, no pressure. Just a conversation about what you want to show and who needs to see it.
