How fast do we get the photos?
Shot, edited and delivered within 5 days as standard. [If you offer a faster turnaround for listings — 24 or 48 hours — state it here and never break it. It is the single strongest thing you can promise an agent.]
Can you invoice the vendor directly?
[Yes or no, and how it works with your agency's trust account process. Agents ask this on the first call, so answer it before they do.]
What if the weather turns?
[Your reshoot policy. For example: exterior and drone shots rescheduled free within X days, interiors shot regardless.]
Who owns the images after the property sells?
[Critical to answer. State who holds copyright, what the agent and agency may use the images for, whether the vendor gets a copy, and how long the licence lasts. See our Terms & Licensing.]
Do you fly drones over neighbouring properties?
We fly under Civil Aviation rules and get the consents required before we go up. Where a shot would need a neighbour's permission, we tell you at booking rather than on the day.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Ahipara and shoot right across the Far North — Kaitaia, Mangōnui, Doubtless Bay, Te Kao and everywhere between. [State any travel charge beyond a set radius.]
